About the Position

In the role of Customer Receptionist, everything is about relationships, both new and existing. We create long-term relationships with our customers and provide them with personal service throughout the process from when the customer leaves their truck for service until they come to pick it up. You meet customers over the counter or via phone with a focus on high customer satisfaction. You plan and manage vehicle bookings, allocate work to our technicians, and take responsibility for quality and feedback to the customer.

Your tasks also include providing technical advice, conducting needs analyses, and preparing cost estimates, as well as handling warranty issues and insurance matters. Together with your colleagues, you plan and are responsible for optimized operations and productivity in the workshop. The role also includes retail sales, administration, and invoicing.

With us, you will continuously be trained and further developed in your role. You report directly to the Service Manager.

About You

You have a technical interest and a passion for heavy vehicles. You are likely already in our industry today, perhaps in a similar role or looking to transition from a supervisory position to customer service. We see that you have a few years of experience in similar work with trucks, and it is advantageous if you also have a Volvo background from the heavy side.

Structure, order, and cleanliness are important to you, and you have the ability to prioritize your tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable interacting with customers. In your daily work, you contribute positive energy and take responsibility for getting the job done.

We expect you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and comfortable using your English when required. You are also a proficient user of systems and have worked with MS Office. If you can present a driver's license for heavy vehicles, it is a merit.
